Creating alliances

Rua Inu and I walk with the spirit of the Prophecy of the Condor and the Eagle—an Indigenous prophecy that reminds humanity of the need for unity, balance, and mutual respect between different ways of life.

Our commitment is to

• heal and reconcile the wounds of the past,

• embrace our differences with understanding and compassion, and

• weave together the gifts of both worlds: the Condor’s spiritual wisdom and Earth-centred living with the Eagle’s material and technological insight.

Through this work we hope to contribute to a more harmonious and sustainable future for all peoples.

AjanUni Association

We are founding members of AjanUni, an association registered in Finland that promotes individual and collective well-being on material, mental, and spiritual levels—fostering dialogue and cooperation between modern societies and traditional and Indigenous communities worldwide.

Projects in Boa Vista village

Since 2018, I have supported the community of Boa Vista in various practical ways, including:

• Organising visits of community leaders to Europe
• Coordinating group visits and cultural-immersion gatherings in Boa Vista
• Providing financial and logistical help during emergencies (medical care, floods, fires, water-pump repair)
• Establishing internet access for the village in 2023
• Guiding fundraising and implementation of construction projects — such as a new house for the village shaman, Pajé Meka, upgrades to the classroom and ceremony space at the Dieta Center, and a community house in the municipality of Jordão
• Offering guidance and resources in the ongoing development of an association uniting five neighbouring villages, supporting local leadership, resource access, and long-term self-reliance

These initiatives form part of a wider effort to strengthen cultural and ecological sustainability in the region, helping communities protect their lands, traditions, and ways of life while building resilience for the future.
