✧ VAT notice: Value added taxes (VAT) will be added to the prices where applicable. Prices are shown excluding VAT.

VAT is applied according to the customer’s location:
– Finland & EU:
Guidance & healing sessions: currently 25.5% in Finland)
Performances and cultural events: currently 13.5% in Fnland
– Outside the EU: 0% VAT

✧✧ Discounted rates are indicated where available to support accessibility.

✧✧✧ We also welcome more abundant contributions from those who feel resourced to support this work at a deeper level — particularly in professional, institutional, or high-capacity contexts. These contributions help sustain our ceremonial work, forest travel, reciprocity with our Indigenous family, and the possibility of offering parts of this work freely to the wider community.

✧✧✧✧ Bookings are usually confirmed with advance payment (in full or via a deposit, depending on the offering). This supports clarity and commitment on both sides. In exceptional situations, alternative arrangements may be possible — you’re welcome to contact us to explore this.

Performances & rituals

Artistic performances and rituals start at 555€ + travel expenses + possible material costs + taxes. The pricing depends on group size, venue and event duration.

Booking instructions

1. Email to book:
Send a message to info@enchantedboa.love sharing what kind of support you are seeking and a few time options that suit you.
Please note that our shamanic work requires spaciousness and presence — we may not be able to reply immediately. Allow a few days for our response, and kindly avoid suggesting times that are very soon.

2. Confirmation & payment:
Once we agree on the time and price, we’ll send you an invoice with payment instructions and the call link / address and any preparation guidance.
– Online sessions: payment is required in advance (latest 24 hrs before the session) to confirm the booking
– In-person sessions: payment is required in advance or at the latest at the beginning of the first session

A session is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

Invoices are issued according to the standard session price listed for the chosen session. If you wish to request a reduced rate, this needs to be done at the time of booking / when confirming the session time, before the invoice is issued.

3. Rescheduling & cancellations

– More than 72 hours in advance: You may reschedule your session once at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Any additional rescheduling after the first change will incur a 22 € fee, payable at the time of rescheduling.
– 24-72 hours in advance:  A 33 € rescheduling fee applies, payable at the time of rescheduling.
– Less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
– No-shows: the full session fee is charged and non-refundable.
– In cases of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Such situations are approached with understanding, and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
